I am a multimedia journalist based in Canada's North. I cover diverse, cultural, environmental and northern stories.

Journalism is my newest career. My background is in government and financial services.

I firmly believe that learning should be a lifelong pursuit, and I bring that mindset into my reporting and everything I do. 

I’m driven by curiosity and a desire to make complex topics easy to understand. I intend to highlight voices that are too often overlooked.

I am the current senior reporter and environment and science editor for Humber Et Cetera, an award-winning newspaper. I am passionate about preserving our environment for future generations.

A storyteller at heart, I am motivated to tell the stories of people from all walks of life, to learn about their struggles and successes. I believe everyone has an origin story! We can all learn from each other’s experiences.
